Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Pacific Rim Laboratories specializes in trace analysis of environmental contaminants. <br />For the City, we will provide: <br /> <br />• PFAS Analysis: Testing for 28 PFAS compounds in water and soil down to low <br />parts per trillion levels using LC/MS/MS. <br />• PBDE Analysis: Detection of Polybromodiphenyl Ethers in various matrices, <br />including soil, food, and water. <br />Analysis of PBDE and PFAS samples or other laboratory parameters are at the <br />discretion of the project manager, in accordance with the EPA recognized testing <br />methods for drinking water, wastewater and solids samples to meet current permit <br />requirements. <br />
