Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) to provide a limited survey for asbestos- <br />containing materials and lead-containing paints that are anticipated to be impacted by <br />future renovation. The survey is limited to accessible areas of the interior, exterior, and <br />roofs of the restroom buildings at the referenced addresses located in Everett, <br />Washington. The limited survey does not include floor finishes or restroom fixtures in <br />the buildings, nor equipment or supplies in the building that are not part of the building <br />systems. The survey is in support of the future lock automation of seven city park’s <br />restrooms located in Everett, Washington.
