Basically the front steps to get into the house have become a big tripping hazard <br />due to the old concrete falling apart (see attached picture). I guess the scope of work should <br />read as follow: <br />"Remove old concrete steps and section of walkway, and replaced with new concrete steps and <br />walkway of exact same dimensions as that of being removed".
