<br /> The purpose of the proposed project is to meet growing demand for commercial/industrial facilities
<br /> I within the Port of Everett. With the economic recovery of the region, business park facilities that
<br /> provide increased manufacturing,warehousing and shipping capacity within the Port of Everett are in
<br /> high demand. To meet this economic demand and provide the services and jobs associated with it,
<br /> I additional industrial and commercial facilities are needed along this waterfront. The proposed project
<br /> is water related due to the inherent nature with developing a project within the Port, but the project
<br /> actions are not taking place in the water. It is likely that a future tenant of the proposed development
<br /> Imay not have a water-related use.
