We should <br /> IIIalso provide geotechnical services during construction to observe compliance with our design concepts, <br /> specifications, and recommendations. This will allow for expedient design changes if subsurface conditions <br /> I <br /> differ from those anticipated prior to the start of construction. <br /> I <br /> 7.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> We prepared this report in accordance with generally accepted geotechnical engineering practices. No other <br /> Iwarranty, expressed or implied, is made. This report is the copyrighted property of Terra Associates, Inc. and is <br /> intended for specific application to the Riverside Business Park, Lots 2 and 4 project in Everett, Washington. <br /> I <br /> This report is for the exclusive use of Latitude Development, LLC and their authorized representatives. <br /> The analyses and recommendations presented in this report are based on data obtained from the on-site test <br /> I borings. Variations in soil conditions can occur, the nature and extent of which may not become evident until <br /> construction.
