PROPOSED MITIGATED <br /> DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br /> SEPA 16-036 <tg14"'l <br /> - <br /> December 15, 2016 <br /> Description of Proposal: The proposed action is to construct new sewer improvements to address combined <br /> sewer overflow issues. The new sewer pipes would include 50LF of polypropylene pipe with 30-inch <br /> diameter, 250LF of polypropylene pipe with 48-inch diameter, and 250LF of steel reinforced polyethylene <br /> pipe with 72-inch.diameter. A 5LF polypropylene storm pipe with 12-inch diameter, 7OLF HDPE sewer <br /> forcemain with 8-inch diameter, and 125LF PVC sanitary sewer pipe with 8-inch diameter are also proposed. <br /> Approximately 5,500 cubic yards of material would be excavated and backfilled for pipes and manholes. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA <br /> Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact <br /> on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This <br /> determination assumes compliance with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental <br /> protection including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision <br /> was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br /> agency.
