At your request, we have completed a <br /> geotechnical engineering study for this development project. The purpose of this study is to <br /> explore and characterize subsurface conditions of the site and provide recommendations for <br /> grading, erosion mitigation, surface and ground water drainage control, onsite stonnwater <br /> disposal, building foundation support, etc. Presented in this report are our findings of the <br /> site conditions and our geotechnical recommendations. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The general location of the project site is shown on Plate 1 — Vicinity Map. The site is <br /> currently occupied in its middle portion (in the north-south direction) by a paved parking lot, <br /> a permanent building, and some temporary mobile buildings.
