r <br /> YMCA Recreational Community Center Traffic Impact Analysis <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT IDENTIFICATION <br /> Gibson Traffic Consultants, Inc. (GTC) has been retained to analyze the traffic impacts of the <br /> proposed YMCA Recreational Community Center development. GTC is a professional traffic <br /> engineering consulting firm registered and licensed in the State of Washington. <br /> Brad Lincoln, responsible for this report and traffic analysis, is a licensed professional engineer <br /> (Civil) in the State of Washington and member of the Washington State section of ITE. <br /> The YMCA Recreational Community Center will be an 80,000 square-foot (SF) recreational <br /> community center that will replace the existing 13,550 SF school district building on the site. The <br /> site is located between Colby Avenue and Rucker Avenue, south of 47'h Street SE. The <br /> development is proposed to have access to both Colby Avenue and Rucker Avenue in <br /> approximately the same locations of the existing access points. A 6-year forecast was utilized for <br /> the analysis of future intersection operations. A site vicinity map is included in Figure 1. <br /> Gibson Traffic Consultants, Inc.
