TRIP DISTRIBUTION <br /> Trip distribution and assignments for the development are based on previous <br /> commercial/residential developments performed in the site vicinity. Approximately 63% of the <br /> trips will travel along Colby Avenue, thirty-eight percent to and from the north and twenty five <br /> percent to and from the south. It is estimated that 25%of the trips will travel along Rucker Avenue, <br /> ten percent to and from the north and fifteen percent to and from the south. The remaining 12% of <br /> the trips are anticipated to travel to and from the west along 48`h Street SE.
