Construction of the development is anticipated to begin in spring <br />of 2018 and go through the spring of 2019. The project is anticipated to be completed in two phases. The <br />first phase will be approximately 63,000 sf in size. The second phase will add approximately 14,000 sf to <br />the building. Timing of the second phase construction has not yet been determined. <br />7.
