May 25, 2016 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., May 25, 2016, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council Vice President Tuohy presiding. Upon <br /> roll call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, Franklin, Stonecipher and Tuohy were present. Council <br /> Members Murphy and Bader were excused. <br /> Council Member Franklin led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the May 18, 2016, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Members Moore and Stonecipher abstained from the <br /> vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson spoke about the Pinehurst-Beverly Park Neighborhood <br /> meeting held on May 24, 2016, at the Cascade High School. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Franklin announced that the City of Everett Animal <br /> Services will present proposed modifications to shelter fees for public <br /> review and comment tonight at 5:30 p.m. at the Everett Animal Shelter. <br /> She encouraged the public to attend the meeting or send comments to the <br /> Animal Shelter. <br /> Vice President Tuohy provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Historical Commission meeting last night. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> 168 <br />
