provided under this Contract, or the Contractor's violation of any law, ordinance or regulation, <br /> contract provision or term, or condition of regulatory authorization or permit, except for damages <br /> resulting from the sole negligence of the City. As to the City of Everett, the Contractor waives <br /> any immunity it may have under RCW Title 51 or any other Worker's Compensation statute. <br /> The parties acknowledge that this waiver has been negotiated by them, and that the contract price <br /> reflects this negotiation. <br /> 32.0 Insurance <br /> Contractor shall maintain at its own expense at all times during the term of this Contract the <br /> following insurance, as well as any other additional coverage requirements issued by the City. <br /> 31.1. Minimum Coverage and Limits of Liability. Contractor shall at all times during the <br /> term of this Contract maintain continuously, at its own expense, minimum insurance coverage <br /> and limits of liability as specified below: <br /> A. Commercial General Liability (CGL)insurance, including: <br /> -Premises/Operations <br /> -Products/Completed Operations <br /> - Personal/Advertising Injury <br /> - Contractual <br /> - Independent Contractors <br /> - Stop Gap/Employers Liability <br /> With minimum limits of liability of$1,000,000 each occurrence combined single <br /> limit bodily injury and property damage ("CSL"), except: <br /> $1,000,000 Personal/Advertising Injury <br /> $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate <br /> $2,000,000 General Aggregate <br /> $1,000,000 Each accident/disease/employee Stop Gap/Employer's <br /> Liability <br /> B. Automobile Liability insurance, including coverage for owned, non-owned, <br /> leased or hired vehicles with a minimum limit of liability of$1,000,000 CSL. <br /> C. Umbrella/Excess Liability insurance as may be required to demonstrate <br /> minimum CGL and Automobile Liability total limits requirement of$5,000,000, <br /> which may be satisfied with primary limits or any combination of primary <br /> and/or Umbrella/Excess limits. <br /> D. Medical Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance with a minimum limit of <br /> liability of$1,000,000 each claim. <br /> E.
