;SunGard Public Sector will be covered at all times during the Term of the Agreement by such insurance as it deems adequate in its reasonable judgment, which shall in ;any event consist of not less than the following types and minimum amounts of coverage with a reputable insurance company(ies): (a) commercial general liability ;insurance covering claims for personal injury and property damage, with limits of not less than US $1,000,000 per occurrence; (b) commercial crime coverage/fidelity (bond insurance, with limits of not less than US $1,000,000 per occurrence; (c) workers compensation coverage as required by the statutes of the jurisdiction in which the ;services are being performed covering all personnel employed by SunGard Public Sector in the performance of their duties who are required to be covered by the statutes of the applicable jurisdiction; and (d) errors and omissions insurance with a reputable insurance company, with limits of not less than US $5,000,000 per occurrence and ;aggregate. Upon the reasonable request of Customer, SunGard Public Sector shall furnish Customer with a certificate of insurance as specified in this Agreement. (Maintenance of insurance as specified in this Agreement shall in no way be interpreted as relieving or increasing SunGard Public Sector's responsibilities or liabilities ;under this Agreement; and SunGard Public Sector may carry, at its own expense, such additional insurance as it deems necessary, including self-insurance.
