• There are listed steelhead in the watershed, downstream from the proposed development <br />site. <br />A not likely to adversely affect determination for this action is warranted based on the <br />following rationale. <br />• There is an extremely low potential that the proposed development would result in "take" <br />of listed fish species. <br />• The listed fish species described in this report are not present on the subject property. <br />The nearest habitat for fish species is 0.015 miles from the subject property and there is <br />no accessibility to the subject property. <br />• There are no streams on -site, and no native trees or shrubs on the development site <br />provide shading or LWD for bull trout or anadromous fish habitat. Thermal protection <br />and LWD recruitment will not be affected. <br />• Best management practices will be used to prevent an increase in sedimentation in the <br />vicinity of the project.
