(10/9/16 Update: The storm water is conveyed through catch <br />basins for approximately 300 feet, and connects to a plastic storm pipe outlet. <br />This pipe appears to have recently been installed in place of the previous rock <br />channel. The pipe has the top portion removed and outlets to a catch basin with <br />grate. See picture below.
