4.2 POTENTIAL MITIGATION MEASURES <br />No potential impacts to critical species or habitat are expected in relation to the proposed <br />project. Construction activity will not impact the 75-foot wide forested corridor, avoiding any <br />detriment to the wildlife movement functions that it provides. <br />5.0 USE OF THIS REPORT <br />This Habitat Assessment is supplied to LBG 38, LLC, as a means of determining on -site critical <br />area conditions, as required by the city of Everett during the permitting process. This report is <br />based largely on readily observable conditions and, to a lesser extent, on readily ascertainable <br />conditions. No attempt has been made to determine hidden or concealed conditions. <br />The laws applicable to wetlands are subject to varying interpretations and may be changed at <br />any time by the courts or legislative bodies.
