Veritas Construction, Inc. <br />August 14, 2015 <br />ES-4011.01 <br />Page 5 <br />2.0 USER PROVIDED INFORMATION <br />Ms, Ashley Previs of Veritas Construction, Inc. provided ESNW with property owner information <br />that was used to conduct this Phase I ESA. According to the Snohomish County Assessor's <br />Office, 'LBG 38, LLC' is on record as the current owner of the subject site. <br />N 2.1 TITLE RECORDS, ENVIRONMENTAL LIENS, AND ACTIVITY AND USE <br />LIMITATIONS <br />A Preliminary Title report or Chain -of -Title report was not provided to ESNW for review prior to <br />the production of this report. No environmental related liens have been identified at the site. <br />Also no Activity and Use Limitations (AULs), such as engineering controls, land use restrictions <br />or institutional controls, have been identified at the site. <br />2.2 VALUE REDUCTION <br />As part of the ASTM E 1527-13 process, information must be gathered regarding the <br />prospective purchase price of the property relative to the fair market value of the subject site. If <br />there appears to be a value reduction, that reduction must be identified with respect to whether <br />the difference could be attributed to environmental degradation of the property. No <br />environmental related value reduction for the property has been identified as of the date of this <br />report. <br />Earth Solutions NW, LLC <br />
