The application includes a <br /> proposal to fill four small wetlands totaling 10,823 s.f. and mitigating them through purchase of credits at a wetland <br /> mitigation bank. <br /> City Permits: SEPA Planned Action Determination, Binding Site Plan, Critical Area Modification, Public Works Permit, <br /> Building Permit. <br /> Other Agency Permits: Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permit. <br /> Environmental Documents and Studies: SEPA Checklist, Geotechnical Report, Site Stability Analysis, Biological <br /> Evaluation/Wetland Report. These are on available for review at the City of Everett Planning Department, 2930 <br /> Wetmore Avenue#8-A, Everett, WA 98290. <br /> Public Comment Period: Written comments on the application and the proposed Binding Site Plan are solicited and <br /> must be received at the Everett Planning Department at the address above by February 26, 2016.
