PLANNING AND
 Allan Giffen
'' _ COA/MILINITY DEV/ELOPAIENT Director
May 18, 2016
Mr. Randy Previs
Veritas Construction
22819 Woodway Park Road
Woodway, WA 98020
RE: Planned Action Determination, Binding Site Plan
Dear Mr. Previs:
On May 11, 2016, I sent you a letter withdrawing the Planned Action Determination for the property
located at the north end of 36th Avenue West (copy enclosed). On May 13, 2016,City staff and I met
with you and your consultants to discuss the letter. We agreed to consider the information you
provided related to our determination that the wildlife corridor along the east property line must be a
minimum of 150 feet in width. After reviewing all relevant information,we maintain that the width of
this specific wildlife corridor is 150 feet.
If you wish to submit a revised plan using the 150 foot wide wildlife corridor, along with all other items
identified in the May 11 letter necessary to determine consistency with the City's Planned Action
Ordinance and the M-1 zone standards,we will review it under your original application for a Planned
•
Action Determination. Since we have not issued a decision on the previously submitted Binding Site
Plan application, you may make revisions to that proposal consistent with the revised plan for the
Planned Action Determination and the other information stated in the May 11 letter.
Sincerely,
Allan Giffen, Director
Cc: John Jimerson, Planning Department
Paul McKee, Public Works Department
CITY OF EVERETT•2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-A• Everett,WA 98201 • (425)257-8731 •everettwa.gov/planning
