Please review and respond to the comments below. <br />1. Proposed Please label the existing and proposed adult family bedrooms on <br />the plans. Please provide the room classification on the plans as this appears <br />missing. IRC R330.3. <br />2. It appears that the number of proposed patient bedrooms will exceed 6 <br />bedrooms and will require the installation of a sprinkler system based on the <br />requirements of RCW 70.128.066. Please list the installation of the sprinkler <br />system as part of the deferred submittal requirements on the plans. <br />3. Sheets A203 and A204 indicates alterations to create Bathrooms 01 and 02, <br />but does not appear to show the associated grab bar configurations and <br />blocking for these alterations. Please indicatethese items on the plans. IRC <br />R330.8. <br />4. On Sheets A203 and A204, it appears that Bedroom 01 is being created, but <br />does not appear to show egress windows being installed. Please verify and <br />provide this on the plans. IRC R330.6. <br />5. Please locate carbon monoxide and smoke alarms on the plans as these <br />appear missing.
