Please follow the below outlined steps to renew or fin at <br />your permit prior to expiration: <br />PERMIT#: B2210-010 <br />DESCRIPTION OF WORK: ADD A SECOND STORY DECK <br />EXPIRATION DATE: 7/31/2023 12:00:00 AM <br />CONTRACTOR: INSIDE OUT CONSTRUCTION LLC <br />Sections 105.5 of the International Building Code and R105.5 of the International Residential Code <br />state that permits become invalid if the work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for <br />more than 180 days. <br />REQUIRED ACTION: <br />1. If work is complete, request a final inspection to close out the permit. <br />2. If work is continuing, request the appropriate inspection that fits the current construction <br />needs. <br />3. If work is currently on hold but work will resume within the next 6 months, request a permit <br />extension to keep the permit active. The reason forthe extension is required to be provided in the <br />notes field of the permit extension request. <br />To requestthe above inspections/permit extension, please go to the Online Permitting Portal at <br />https://on[inepermits.everettwa.gov/eTRAKiT/. Log in to your account, then find the specific permit <br />number in your dashboard under "My Active Permits". Click on the permit, then click on the <br />inspection request link, then requestyour inspection by selecting an available date, choosingthe <br />appropriate inspection type (permit extension is one of the inspection types), and follow the <br />inspection scheduling instructions. Inspections and permit extensions extend the permitfor <br />another 180 days (6 months). The expiration date is listed on the permit online. Once expired, you <br />will no longer be able to request an extension via the method described above. <br />If no action is taken within 14 days of the date of this email, the permit record will be closed without <br />
