All unpermitted <br />conditions including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building (structural <br />and non-structural framing, insulation, wallboard, etc...) should be exposed for inspection. See <br />IRC Section R105.1 and R113.2. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett.
