We have reviewed your comment letter <br /> dated 04/27/2023 and we have provided an itemized response to your comments. Our responses <br /> are noted. <br /> 1. On Sheet A1.01, the division of the (2) tenant spaces appear to indicate a single exit from <br /> each subdivided space. Please verify that the common path of egress from the space can <br /> still be satisfied per IBC 1006.2.1. <br /> Response:The Plan has been re-arranged to allow two exits from each tenant space. <br /> See 12/A1.01 for revised Exit Plan.A summary of related code requirements has been <br /> added to same sheet. <br /> 2. There should be exit signage for egress that appears to be missing. <br /> Response: Exit signage is shown on 14/A5.01, Enlarged Reflected Ceiling Plan.They are <br /> also shown on a smaller scale on 12/A1.01 Site &Exiting Plan. Exit signage has been <br /> adjusted to match new layout per Comment 1 above. Exit signage is included in the <br /> Lighting Schedule on Sheet A9.02. <br /> I hope this response will meet with your approval.
