Based on the Design Criteria above,the maximum acceptable normal <br /> force is 976 lbs (23.0 sq ft)and the maximum acceptable tangential force is 448 lbs (10.5 sq ft) <br /> per assembly. The allowable moment load in the normal direction is 6,100 ft-lbs and in the <br /> tangential direct is 3,050 ft-lbs. The allowable applied weight was 400 lbs evenly distributed <br /> on each antenna pipe.
