A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design ar'' Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Deprtment, <br /> showing landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosior, control. Public - <br /> Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All . <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is <br /> issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 3. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public.Works Inspector. <br /> 4. If the proposed fill is intended to support structures at a later date, the fill shall be placed in <br /> accordance with Appendix J of the.International Building Code. Should the applicant not wish <br /> i to construct a fill intended to support a structure at a later date,the applicant will be required to <br /> submit t i-tter to the City so stating. The letter will be recorded against the property. <br /> 5. All exposed ground,must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems.the ground must be covered with <br /> • <br /> mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 6.
