5. Confirm that Interim Policy 2-11 (Stonnwater Control in the Combined Sewer Area) <br />applies to the project. <br />6. Detention sizing will be based on matching developed discharge durations to <br />predeveloped durations for the range of predeveloped discharge rates from 50 percent of <br />the 2-year recurrence interval peak flow up to the full 50-year peak flow (SWMM <br />Minimum Requirement 47). <br />7. Low Impact design flow control credits can be per 2014 DOE Stormwater management <br />Manual. <br />Landscaping <br />8. The relocation of the utilities will likely require removal of some of the required <br />greenbelt buffer as required in Section 3.5.3 of the master plan. For those areas that <br />would be affected by utility relocates, do the landscape requirements for restoration <br />revert back to code requirements for initial tree size? Or do we need to provide larger <br />trees to match the current tree sizes? <br />
