E y¢ <br /> INSIGHT ENGINEERING CO. <br /> t <br /> SONRISE CHRISTIAN-NARRATIVE <br /> The proposed project is a site plan for a new 94-space parking lot on an existing 1.89 acre <br /> commercial parcel. The lot has no current address and is currently vacant. There is a category 2 <br /> wetland and a type Np stream on the southwest side of the property. Buffer averaging has been <br /> applied to give a uniform line as the edge of the buffer. Type III landscaping is proposed along <br /> the edges of the lot, and on islands within it. All of the spaces in the lot are accessory to Sonrise <br /> Christian Church, which is on a lot to the south. Thus,this lot should be treated as an extension <br /> of the lot that exists around the existing building,which has approximately 125 spaces. The <br /> addition of 94 spaces will bring the total up to 219. This means that 7 handicap spaces are <br /> needed for the whole parking lot. To accommodate this, and because of onsite factors, four <br /> additional spaces in the existing lot have been designated to be restriped as handicap spots.
