I see the booth is planned on the north perimeter of the building near the property line.There is a SnoCo head start facility and a Compass mental health facility just east of there. I'm not familiar with applicable air quality standards/requirements, including whether they differ for a booth serving "educational" vs. commercial uses as they note in app. I would like to think the filtration system for booth exhaust described in Section 2 of the SEPA Checklist is designed to meet whatever requirements apply. But I don't know who might confirm that compliance.
