PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Et/ Eli <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Teresa Weldon, Planning Department <br /> FROM: Engineering/Public Services Department <br /> DATE: December 14, 2017 <br /> SUBJECT: SEPA Checklist Review No. 17-020 <br /> PROPOSAL: Commercial Grade Paint Booth <br /> LOCATION: 909 N Broadway <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Public Services Department indicates that the following <br /> conditions should apply: <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, <br /> showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction <br /> erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is <br /> issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 3. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 4. Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with the City's 2010 Storm water Management <br /> Manual". <br /> 5. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 6. Paint booth suppression shall be sprinklers. Existing building's sprinkler system can be used to <br /> protect spray booth. <br /> 7. A separate flow and tamper shutoff is required on spray booth.+ <br /> 8. Flow and tamper switch shall be wired into building's fire alarm system as its own zone.. <br /> 9. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br /> 10. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br />
