Light and Glare h( eM <br />a. What type of light or glare will the proposal produce? What time of day would it mainly <br />occur? <br />Down -shielded, wall mounted lights will be installed around the new building and parking <br />areas. <br />b. Could light or glare from the finished project be a safety hazard or interfere with views? <br />No. <br />c. What existing off -site sources of light or glare may affect your proposal? <br />Roadway lighting along Everett Ave and McDougel Ave, and parking lot lighting from <br />adjacent developments are present in the area. It is not anticipated they will have a <br />significant impact on the proposal. <br />d. Proposed measures to reduce or control light and glare impacts, if any: <br />Lighting will be designed to direct light to the interior of the development. <br />12. Recreation hel <br />a. What designated and informal recreational opportunities are in the immediate vicinity? <br />This location is with in a few miles of the port of Everett waterfront, has 14 parks with in 2 <br />miles of it and is less than one mile from Xfinity arena, Legion Golf Course & Imagine <br />Childrens Museam <br />b. Would the proposed project displace any existing recreational uses? If so, describe. <br />No <br />c.
