In regard to the our bus stop request for the subject land use, stated in the 'Public Works <br /> Department- Benyam Stephanos, 425.257.7289' paragraph, Item (4), the longer side of the 101/2' x 15W <br /> concrete pad needs to be parallel to the roadway. Also, moving that stop west, to be closer to the <br /> intersection, the bus needs to be able to stop safely before the intersection and still be able to deploy <br /> the ADA ramp, when needed. <br /> Will the developer look into those details with us before modifying the applicable area on Everett <br /> Avenue? I'm still in my 'learning phase' of this new assignment- appreciate your bearing with me as <br /> I get used to how specific we need to be.
