The proposal is adjacent to Everett <br />Ave and one block from Broadway and, as a result, receives traffic noise from the street <br />2) What types and levels of noise would be created by or associated with the project on a <br />short-term or a long-term basis (for example: traffic, construction, operation, other)? Indi- <br />cate what hours noise would come from the site. <br />Short-term noise increases during business hours will occur during construction of the <br />project.
