The applicant is proposing to incorporate backlit <br /> cabinet fascia signs into their overall sign design for the property. These types of signs are being proposed on the <br /> freestanding monument signs and the proposed wall signs. 2) EMC 19.36.110 requires that signs be located on the <br /> premises of the business being advertised. The applicant is proposing a second monument sign along their <br /> Evergreen Way frontage for the sole purpose of supplying an off-premises sign for the motel located behind the <br /> subject property. 3) EMC 19.31B.090.C.3. restricts the number of freestanding monument signs to one (1)per <br /> property frontage. The applicant is proposing two (2) freestanding monument signs, one for the businesses located <br /> on the subject property and a second for the motel located behind the subject property.
