4n- PUBLIC WORKS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Grace Pollard, Planning Department <br /> FROM: Benyam Stephanos, Engineering/Permit Services <br /> DATE: 02/06/2019 <br /> SUBJECT: Public Works Comments for REVII 18-024(VAR 18-005) <br /> PROPOSAL: The Sign Post/Lorie Blunt/Panda Express <br /> LOCATION: 8417 Evergreen Way <br /> APPLICANT: Lorie Blunt-The Sign Post <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Public Works Division indicates that the following <br /> conditions shall be met: <br /> 1. Construction permits, inspections and final approvals are required for this project from City of <br /> Everett Permit Services. <br /> 2. All sidewalks, ramps, signalized crosswalks, and driveways shall comply with accessibility <br /> standards and City of Everett Standards current at the time of construction. <br /> 3. All traffic control markings and devices on driveways within 50' of the right-of-way shall be <br /> MUTCD compliant. <br /> 4. A stop sign must be added to each access point. <br /> 5. Please also clearly label all features as either existing or proposed and clearly show on the site <br /> plan using specific line types, hatch patterns, and a legend. <br /> 6. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
