If <br /> there any drains in shop/maintenance areas, such drains should be routed to an oil water separator before connection <br /> to sanitary sewer. <br /> A dumpster area for the site could present concerns depending on what is storage/kept. I believe SWM requires these <br /> pads/enclosures to be covered now in the separate sewer area.
