An <br /> infiltration pond is to be constructed on Lot 4 along Glenwood Avenue at <br /> such time as Lot 4 is redeveloped. <br /> Stormwater controls are in place for that portion of the site tributary to <br /> Glenwood Creek. Predeveloped drainage basin sized will be adhered to <br /> in the post development condition. <br /> 2) Will the project require any work over, in, or adjacent to (within 200 feet) the <br /> described waters?
