' SEPA ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST FOR <br /> Project Name AGENCY <br /> CEMEX- Mountain View Business Centre Div 9 USE <br /> b. What is the steepest slope on the site (approximate percent slope)? <br /> Currently, the site is in the process of reclamation. The steepest slopes <br /> shall be along Hardeson at 2H:1V. <br /> c. What general types of soils are found on the site (for example, clay, sand, <br /> gravel, peat, muck)? If you know the classification of agricultural soils, specify <br /> them and note any prime farmland. <br /> Native on-site soils within the Glenwood CEMEX property are comprised <br /> primarily of sand and gravel overlain by a till cap. Reclaimed soils <br /> consist of a variety of approved non-organic material. <br /> d. Are there surface indications or history of unstable soils in the immediate <br /> vicinity? If so, describe. <br /> None known. <br /> e. Describe the purpose, type, and approximate quantities of any filling or grading <br /> proposed. Indicate source of fill. <br /> Upon final reclamation by Cemex, a building pad at elevation 484.0 shall <br /> be provided to Underwood Gartland Johnson 63, LLC. Approximately <br /> 9,400 CY cut, and 7,100 CY fill is proposed for construction of the FedEx <br /> Facility. <br /> f. Could erosion occur as a result of clearing, construction, or use? If so, generally <br /> describe. <br /> Erosion may occur along the slopes during heavy rains. A SWPPP has <br /> been prepared to reduce any impacts during construction. <br /> g. About what percent of the site will be covered with impervious surfaces after <br /> project construction (for example, asphalt or buildings)? <br /> Approximately 70% of the site shall be covered by impervious surface. <br /> h. Proposed measures to reduce or control erosion, or other impacts to the earth, if <br /> any: <br /> A SWPPP has been prepared to reduce impacts during construction. A <br /> Landscape Plan shall be implemented on the site, post construction. <br /> 2. Air <br /> a. What types of emissions to the air would result from the proposal (i.e., dust, <br /> automobile, odors, industrial wood smoke) during construction and when the <br /> project is completed? If any, generally describe and give approximate quantities <br /> if known. <br /> Exhaust fumes and dust from construction equipment shall occur <br /> during construction.
