Subsequent development on the individual <br /> lots may not be exempt from SEPA, in which case either a Planned Action Determination or a <br /> SEPA Threshold Determination will be required. <br /> 17. The final binding site plan shall identify all common facilities and provide necessary easements <br /> and provisions for maintenance. <br /> 18. Development on the individual lots will be evaluated for compliance with applicable Fire codes <br /> and standards at such time development plans are submitted. <br /> 19. A note shall be placed on the final Binding Site Plan that reads "The future development of Lot 4 <br /> may require construction of a public street connecting Shuksan Way to Sievers Duecy Blvd. The <br /> alignment will be determined at the time of review of development of Lot 4." <br /> 20. Recordation of a final BSP is contingent on the recording of an amendment to the development <br /> agreement regarding Lot 45E.
