The burned structure was removed and <br /> approximately 18,000 CY of concrete foundation was crushed, graded and left in place within the footprint <br /> of the building and to the east of the building. No additional site work or use of the site is proposed at this <br /> time. <br /> Note: The applicant must demonstrate within their plans compliance with all applicable requirements of <br /> Everett's Municipal Code (EMC) prior to receiving any permits.
