Proposed timing or schedule (including phasing, if applicable): There would only be a <br /> single phase to the project with required work to be done at minus tide between the <br /> present date and February 2018. Minus tide dates in that period of time would be <br /> September 14 thru September 18 and November 5 thru November 8, 2017, December 30, <br /> 2017 thru January 5, 2018 and January 28 thru February 3, 2018. <br /> 7. Do you have any plans for future additions, expansion, or further activity related to or <br /> connected with this proposal? If yes, explain. None at this time <br /> 8. List any environmental information you know about that has been prepared, or will be <br /> prepared, directly related to this proposal. No environmental information is available at this <br /> time- we anticipate a biological evaluation maybe required. <br /> 9. Do you know whether applications are pending for governmental approvals of other <br /> proposals directly affecting the property covered by your proposal? If yes, explain. None are <br /> being processed at this time. <br /> 10. List any government approvals or permits that will be needed for your proposal, if known. <br /> We believe a HPA permit maybe required as well but cannot be processed until a <br /> determination is made in regards to this checklist. <br /> 11. A build up of silt in the existing boat launching ramps is affecting our ability <br /> to launch and retrieve our customer's boats. We estimate that 875 cubic yards of silt <br /> needs to be removed in order for our business to continue its'operation. An aerial photo <br /> of the four lanes in the launching ramp is attached. <br /> 12. Location of the proposal. Give sufficient information for a person to understand the precise <br /> location of your proposed project, including a street address, if any, and section, township, and <br /> range, if known. If a proposal would occur over a range of area, provide the range or <br /> boundaries of the site(s).
