Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. The permit application indicates that a new dryer and exhaust hood is being <br /> installed. Please identify the location and exhaust rate of the local exhaust fan <br /> that is being installed for the laundry room as this appears to be missing from <br /> the drawings. IRC M1507.4. <br /> 2. It is unclear if the windows being replaced are meeting the requirements of <br /> WSEC R503.1.1.1. Please provide additional details indicating how the <br /> replacement fenestration complies as it currently appears to be missing from <br /> the drawings. <br /> 3. Replacement fenestration may be required to have window opening control <br /> devices complying with ASTM F 2090. However,it is unclear if all the criteria in <br /> IEBC 702.4 are being met as there is not enough information provided in the <br /> drawings to review the conditions. Please clarify on the construction <br /> documents where window opening control devices are to be installed for all <br /> applicable locations. <br /> 4. Previous inspection reports from W2008-001 and permit application E2007- <br /> 087 identified that more work appears to be occurring beyond the scope <br /> PERMIT SERVICES identified in the currently submitted construction drawing,which appears to be <br /> limited to the mudroom. Please identify in the drawings all areas where work is <br /> 9, 3200 Cedar Street taking place such as, but not limited to,the replacement of wall assemblies. <br /> Everett,WA 98201 ) Please revise drawings as required.
