R_07 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled <br /> "1996 Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement <br /> Program" Program 096 of Fund 360, as established by Ordinance No. 2171- <br /> 96. <br /> WHEREAS, the "1996 Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood <br /> Improvement Program" Fund 360, Program 096 was established to provide for the <br /> construction of improvements as selected by each neighborhood; Northeast Everett, <br /> Port Gardner, and Riverside, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 360, Program 096, entitled <br /> "1996 Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement Program" be <br /> closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final expenses and revenues for the "1996 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement Program ", are as follows: <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Improvements — Northeast Everett $19,459 <br /> Improvements — Port Gardner 19,459 <br /> Improvements - Riverside 19,459 <br /> TOTAL $58,377 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Community Development Block Grants $58,377 <br />
