Construction work is occurring there without required permits and approvals in at least two tenant spaces. I posted a stop work order on one of the storefront doors. The owner of the building happened to be there during the investigation (Mr. Prashanth @ 425-351-1767). He allowed access to a couple of the spaces and we photographed some of the activity. One of my observations and concerns here is that at least one of the spaces appeared to lack fire sprinklers, or perhaps a t-bar ceiling has been installed beneath the existing sprinkler heads. This should be followed up. We plan to ask for a floor plan of the entire building to get a better picture of what has been actually happening here. We will pursue the applicable permits and approvals for the current construction activity. I noticed that the north end of the building had construction going on. When I got back to the office, I looked that address up in track - it.
