EI/ Err <br /> TO: See Distribution SEPA#:17-002 <br /> FROM: Public Services Division <br /> DATE: 1/27/2017 <br /> PLANNER Grace Pollard <br /> SUBJECT: PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF: <br /> Culvert replacement in Woods Lake Creek under Lake Chaplain Road. The <br /> project will restore the stability of the road, protect existing waterline crossing of <br /> the creek through channel restoration, and provide fish passage per current <br /> regulations. The existing culvert is 62 feet long, 6 feet wide, with a 4 foot rise. The <br /> replacement culvert will be a single radius open bottom arch culvert-80 feet long <br /> with a 22.9 foot width. Approximately 150 feet of stream channel will be <br /> reconstructed. Disturbed stream banks will be restored to pre-project conditions. <br /> The roadway footprint site will not change and there will not be a change in <br /> impervious surfaces resulting from the roadway work. <br /> The Public Works Department is currently reviewing the subject project located at: <br /> Between the 29300 and 2932 block of Lake Chaplain Road in Monroe.
