Carbon steel construction with Stainless <br /> steel 304L fittings and stainless steel tube bundle nozzle. Internal surfaces are sandblasted <br /> before lining with Cement. Gray color external finish. <br /> B Tube Bundle: <br /> 2-pass, 5" diameter, 30" long. Double wall tube bundle: seamless 3/4" OD x 5/8" ID SB111 90/10 <br /> (CuNi) copper inner/outer tubing expanded into SA 240-304 stainless steel shell side/carbon <br /> steel bonnet side steel tube sheet. Bolting consists of alloy steel studs SA 193-137 with alloy <br /> steel nuts SA 194-2H. Gaskets are of fluoroseal permanite (PTFE). Independent bolting design <br /> meaning that either gasket may be examined and replaced without disturbing the other. <br /> C Channel Cap: <br /> Steel design per ASME Section VIII, Div. 1. 150 psi design pressure. Include 3000#screwed <br /> connection for valve. Fabricated of carbon steel rolled pipe, flange and standard flat head. <br /> Couplings are 3000#forged carbon steel. <br /> D Support: <br /> Tank provided with pipe legs with pads. <br /> E Steel Skid Foundation: <br /> SA 36 structural steel construction on heavy duty channel with pipe legs. <br /> F Insulation and Jacket: <br /> High density fiberglass 3"thick encased by a 22 ga. Galvanized (Painted), never hot to the touch <br /> per latest ASHRAE Standard 90. <br /> G Pilot Operated Steam Control Valve: <br /> HD-12-N & PTRP-910508SB15SDWA-Watson McDaniels valve and pilot <br /> H Strainer: <br /> 3/4"Y-Type, Class 3000 forged carbon steel strainer(Spirax Sarco), piped to the valve with a <br /> 250# reducing tee union and sch. 80 pipe. Manufactured with 26 gauge stainless steel screen, <br /> 1/32" perforations.
