Drained it <br /> down and removed the manhole plate. We found welding spatter on the inside of <br /> the ring and all over the gasket. I cleaned up the ring and gasket and re-installed <br /> it. The copper line to the gauge was also leaking as well as many of the unions on <br /> the steam and condensate piping. We turned steam into the coil and warmed the <br /> unit up to 140 deg. F.
