Although we know the construction is complete,we've not yet received the recorded water easement. The permit will remain open until the outstanding water easement is created and recorded by the project team.The easement needs to be generated from their as-built installation since it changed from the approved design during construction. The easement form attached is the one we need completed. The draft easement we had on hand no longer reflects what was installed and needs to be updated. We need the development team to provided us with a recorded copy of the correct water easement with updated legal description and exhibit. Once recorded at the county,you can email a copy of the recorded document as a reply all to this email. 1
