March 19, 2014 <br /> RESOLUTION —VEHICLE SURPLUS <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to adopt Resolution No. 6716 declaring Vehicle #2500, a <br /> 1991 Emergency One Fire Engine, and Vehicle #2501, a 1992 <br /> Emergency One Fire Engine, surplus and authorize them to be sold <br /> at a public auction. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — MARKETING AND ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with Economic Alliance <br /> Snohomish County to provide marketing and economic development <br /> technical services in the amount of$75,000.00 annually. <br /> Council Member Roberts requested that additional clarification language <br /> be added to any future agreement with EASC. <br /> John Monroe, EASC, responded to Council Member Roberts' comments. <br /> CAO/CFO Debra Bryant stated that draft language will be placed in the file <br /> for future consideration. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 71 <br />
