March 19, 2014 <br /> AGREEMENT— CHAPLAIN CREEK BRIDGE INSTALLATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Chaplain Creek Bridge <br /> Installation Cost Share Agreement with the Washington Department <br /> of Natural Resources. <br /> Council Member Anderson asked why action was being taken on this item <br /> in 2014 for a construction date of 2019. <br /> Dave Davis, Public Works, said that he would have to report back with <br /> additional information. <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to table this agenda item until additional information can be <br /> provided. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1402-12 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project <br /> entitled, "East Everett Pedestrian Walkway," Fund 303, <br /> Program 016, and repealing Ordinance No. 3341-13 <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> No. 1402-12 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 73 <br />
