All inspection requests shall be requested online through the online permitting portal at least one business day prior. <br /> 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett 'Design and Construction Standards <br /> and Specifications for Development'. <br /> 3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig.The day you call does not count.TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br /> 4. Site Civil Work to be done per plans approved by the City of Everett Permit Services dated 9/9/2019. Approved plans <br /> must remain on job-site at all times. <br /> 5. Fill under this permit is for an amount up to 12,000 cubic yards in accordance with SEPA19-016. Fill to be placed in <br /> accordance with the SEPA Determination.All conditions of the SEPA Determination shall be met prior to final of this <br /> permit. <br /> 6. Fill shall not be placed on existing concrete foundation as a permanent condition. Foundation shall be broken up and <br /> removed if final grading is to be placed in that area. <br /> 7.This permit is for the construction of a retaining wall, stockpiling of fill dirt, and grading to level the site. Prior to any use <br /> of the site (including but not limited to parking or storage),further permitting will be required, which may include land use <br /> approvals and/or construction permits to meet all applicable codes and requirements. <br /> 8. Owner understands the risks associated with purchasing this construction permit prior to approval of the (SEPA)/Land <br /> Use Application and further understands that starting construction does not vest the project or imply that land use <br /> approvals will be given. Owner agrees to hold the City of Everett harmless for the loss of paid application fees, design fees, <br /> construction fees, and other fees that may be incurred if the SEPA/Land Use comments cause the project to be altogether <br /> denied, affects the timeframe that creates a feasibility issue related to the project, or requires additional design <br /> modifications subsequent to issuance of this permit. <br /> 9. If anything of possible archaeological interest is uncovered during the installation of the wall, immediately stop work <br /> and notify the City and the Tulalip Tribes, and consult a professional archaeologist to inspect and evaluate the site. <br /> 10. Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards, approved SWPPP issued with PW1907- <br /> 053 for up to an acre of disturbed land, and per the direction of the Public Works Inspector.
